采用临床指南研究与评估系统Ⅱ(AGREE Ⅱ),从指南的形成过程、指南的内容要点、临床工作的指导作用和指南应用的障碍与局限等方面对英国重症医学会发布的成人危重病人转运指南(2019版)进行评价,并针对指南主要内容进行解读,旨在为优化危重病人临床转运流程提供依据。

This paper evaluated the"guidelines for the transport of the critically ill adult(2019 edition)"issued by British Intensive Care Society in terms of the guideline formation process,the main points of the guideline,the guiding role of clinical work,and the obstacles and limitations of the guideline application by using AGREE Ⅱ.This study interpreted the main content of the guidelines,in order to provide basis for optimizing the clinical transport process of critically ill patients.
