冠状动脉支架治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Coronary Stents in the Treatment of Heart Failure in Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

目的:分析缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者治疗中冠状动脉支架的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年2月在本院接受缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的58例患者,根据入院先后顺序的不同将患者分为甲组与乙组,每组各有患者29例,其治疗方法分别为冠状动脉支架治疗与常规药物治疗。结果:比较两组患者治疗效果后发现,甲组患者显著优于乙组患者,P<0.05。两组患者治疗后甲组与乙组患者NYHA分级与治疗前相比均有明显改善,P<0.05;且甲组患者改善效果显著优于乙组患者,P<0.05;而治疗前两组患者NYHA分级无明显差异,P>0.05。比较两组患者治疗后相关心脏超声指标后发现甲组患者存在显著优势,P<0.05。结论:在为缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者实施治疗的过程中,冠状动脉支架治疗的应用有助于患者NYHA分级情况与相关心脏超声指标的改善,提高临床治疗的效果与质量,对患者的更好治疗与恢复有着积极的作用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of coronary stents in the treatment of heart failure patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods:58 subjects were selected from patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020.According to the different order of admission,the patients were divided into group A and group B,with 29 patients in each group.The treatment methods were coronary stent therapy and conventional drug therapy respectively.Results:After comparing the treatment effect of the two groups,it was found that the patients in group A were significantly better than those in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,NYHA grading of patients in group A and Group B was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).In addition,the improvement effect of group A was significantly better than group B(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in NYHA classification between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After comparing the related cardiac ultrasound indicators after treatment between the two groups,it was found that patients in group A had significant advantages,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of treatment for patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure,the application of coronary stent therapy is conducive to the improvement of NYHA grading and related cardiac ultrasound indexes,improve the effect and quality of clinical treatment,and play a positive role in the better treatment and recovery of patients.
