摘要
目的:探讨分析数字化三维成型钛网在颅骨修补术中的临床应用与使用价值。方法:选取于2016年1月~2019年12月本院收治的行颅骨修补手术的患者38例,按照随机分组的方法将患者分为对照组(19例,采用传统手工塑性钛网进行修补)和实验组(19例,在数字化三维成型钛网进行修补),分析对比两组患者的手术指标以及并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果:实验组患者在采用数字化三维成型钛网进行颅骨修补术之后,手术指标与并发症发生率、治疗满意度对比对照组占优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化三维成型钛网用于颅骨修补术中能够优化手术相关指标、减少并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical application and application value of digital 3d forming titanium mesh in cranioplasty.Methods:A total of 38 patients undergoing skull repair surgery who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into control groups(19 cases,repaired with traditional manual plastic titanium mesh)and experimental group(19 cases,repaired with digital threedimensional titanium mesh),analyze and compare the surgical indicators,complication rate and treatment satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results:After the cranioplasty of the experimental group with digital 3d forming titanium mesh,the surgical indexes and satisfaction of management,and complication rate of the experimental group were superior compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The digital 3d forming titanium mesh can optimize the operation parameters and reduce the incidence of complications in cranioplasty.
