集乳器在促进乳头皲裂产妇成功母乳喂养的应用疗效

The Effect of Breast Collector in Promoting Successful Breastfeeding of Parturients with Chapped Nipples

目的:探析集乳器对乳头皲裂产妇实现母乳喂养的作用和效果。方法:选取2019年10月~2020年9月在本院妇产科分娩出现乳头皲裂的100例单胎产妇纳入观察研究中,基于乱数表法分成研究组和对照组,各50例;对照组采取常规母乳喂养方式,研究组同时应用集乳器,对比分析两组母乳喂养成功率及母乳喂养意向(IFI)评分、母乳喂养开始时间、达完全母乳喂养时间,并用视觉模拟法(VAS)测定产妇喂养时疼痛度,掌握乳头皲裂愈合率。结果:研究组母乳喂养成功率为94.00%,对照组为78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组母乳喂养开始时间、达完全母乳喂养时间、喂养时VAS评分均低于对照组,而IFI评分高于于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组乳头皲裂愈合率为86.00%,高于对照组的62.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用集乳器有助于增强乳头皲裂产妇母乳喂养意向,减轻喂养时疼痛,促进母乳喂养实现,提高成功率,有着重要价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of milk collector on breast feeding of cracked nipples.Methods:From October 2019 to September 2020 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology 100 cases of cracked nipple were selected and divided into study group and control group based on random number table method,with 50 cases in each group;The control group adopted conventional breastfeeding methods,while the study group used breastfeeding devices to compare and analyze the breastfeeding success rate and breastfeeding intention(IFI)scores,the start time of breastfeeding,the time to complete breastfeeding,and the visual simulation method(VAS).Measure the pain degree of the mother during feeding,and grasp the healing rate of chapped nipples.Results:The success rate of breast-feeding was 94.00%in the study group and 78.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The start time of breast-feeding,the time of reaching full breastfeeding and VAS score of study group were lower than those of control group,while IFI score was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing rate of cracked nipple in the study group was 86.00%,which was higher than 62.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of milk collector is helpful to enhance breast-feeding intention,reduce the pain during feeding,promote the realization of breast-feeding,and improve the success rate.
