气管插管在院前急救心肺复苏中的价值研究

Value of Tracheal Intubation in Pre-Hospital Emergency Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的:探讨气管插管在院前急救心肺复苏中的价值。方法:选择急救中心院前急救于2017年1月~2019年1月采取心肺复苏抢救的患者90例,分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规球囊面罩辅助人工呼吸治疗,观察组给予气管插管抢救治疗,比较两组抢救时间及抢救成功率。结果:观察组患者平均抢救时间明显比对照组短,抢救成功率(84.44%)明显比对照组(66.67%)高,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心肺复苏成功率(17.78%)明显高于对照组(8.89%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气管插管在院前急救中治疗效果俱佳,对抢救患者生命、降低病死率起到至关重要的作用。

Objective:To investigate the value of tracheal intubation in pre-hospital emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:The first-aid emergency in the emergency center was selected.From January 2017 to January 2019,90 patients who underwent cardiopulmonary resuscitation were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional balloon mask assisted artificial respiration treatment,and the observation group received tracheal intubation rescue treatment.The rescue time and rescue success rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The average rescue time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The success rate of rescue(84.44%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group(17.78%)was significantly higher than the control group(8.89%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of tracheal intubation in pre-hospital emergency treatment is very good,which plays a vital role in saving patients’lives and reducing the mortality rate.
