视力筛查仪在学龄前儿童屈光状态检查中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Visual Acuity Screening Instrument in the Examination of Preschool Children’s Refractive State

目的:分析视力筛查仪在学龄前儿童屈光状态检查中的应用效果。方法:本文择取2017年6月29日~2020年6月29日天津市河西区东海街社区卫生服务中心所收诊的112例学龄前儿童为研究样本。现依照完全随机法,将受试者分为对照组56例(112眼)以及观察组56例(112眼)。对照组受试者应用常规方法验光,观察组受试者应用Suresight视力筛查设备完成检查工作。结果:观察组异常总筛查率为41.07%,对照组为16.07%,两组对比,P<0.05。对照组受试者家长总满意度为80.36%,观察组为96.43%,两组对比,P<0.05。结论:代表Suresight视力筛查仪检查法可提升家长对于检查工作的总满意率以及异常筛查率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of vision screening instrument in preschool children’s refractive state examination.Methods:112 preschool children from Donghai Street Community Health Service Center in Hexi District of Tianjin from June 29,2017 to June 29,2020 were selected as research samples.The subjects were randomly divided into control group(56 cases,112 eyes)and observation group(56 cases,112 eyes).The control group was given conventional optometry,while the observation group was given Suresight vision screening equipment.Results:The total abnormal screening rate of the observation group was 41.07%,and that of the control group was 16.07%.Compared with the two groups,P<0.05.The total satisfaction of parents in the control group was 80.36%,while that in the observation group was 96.43%.Compared with the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The representative Suresight vision screening instrument can improve the total satisfaction rate of parents for the inspection work and abnormal screening rate.
