摘要 目的:探究乳腺癌采用超声检查的诊断价值。方法:于2018年7月~2019年7月选取本院经手术或穿刺活检确诊的乳腺癌患者,全部患者术前都进行超声检查与X射线钼靶检查,并对不同检查方法对乳腺癌的检查结果进行分析。结果:全部患者经超声检查恶性42例,所占比例89.37%,表现为毛刺状或者分叶状,内部低回声;经X射线钼靶检查恶性44例,所占比例93.62%,联合检查恶性46例,所占比例97.87%,超声检查与X射线钼靶检查诊断准确率的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合诊断准确率高于单独应用超声检查、X射线钼靶检查。结论:乳腺癌采用超声检查有一定的诊断价值,但与X射线钼靶检查联合可使诊断准确率显著提高。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in breast cancer.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,all breast cancer patients confirmed by operation or puncture biopsy in our hospital were selected for ultrasound examination and X-ray molybdenum target examination before operation,and the examination results of breast cancer by different examination methods were analyzed.Results:42 cases(89.37%)of all patients were malignant by ultrasound examination,showing burr or lobulation and hypoechoic inside.44 cases(93.62%)were malignant by X-ray molybdenum target examination and 46 cases(97.87%)were malignant by combined examination.There was no statistical significance in the diagnostic accuracy between ultrasound examination and X-ray molybdenum target examination(P>0.05).The accuracy rate of combined diagnosis is higher than that of ultrasonic examination and X-ray molybdenum target examination alone.Conclusion:Ultrasonography has certain diagnostic value for breast cancer,but combined with X-ray molybdenum target examination can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
