急诊手术中不同紧急状态下可视化喉镜插管与传统盲插法比较的优势分析

Analysis of Advantages of Visual Laryngoscope Intubation Compared with Traditional Blind Intubation in Different Emergencies in Emergency Surgery

目的:分析急诊手术中不同紧急状态下可视化喉镜插管与传统盲插法比较的优势。方法:选2019年4月~2019年10月收治的120例急诊插管患者进行研究,根据患者紧急状态的不同分为A组(40例)、B组(40例)与C组(40例)。结果:插管成功率对比,P<0.05;1次性插管成功率对比,P<0.05;并发症发生率对比,P<0.05;护理满意度对比,P<0.05。结论:可视化喉镜插管可提高对急诊手术不同紧急状态下患者插管成功率。

Objective:To analyze the advantages of visual laryngoscope intubation compared with traditional blind intubation in different emergencies in emergency surgery.Methods:A total of 120 emergency intubation patients from April 2019 to October 2019 were selected for the study,and they were divided into group A(40 cases),group B(40 cases)and group C(40 cases)according to the state of emergency.Results:Comparison of success rate of intubation,(P<0.05);Comparison of success rate of one-time intubation,(P<0.05);Comparison of complication rate,(P<0.05);Comparison of nursing satisfaction,(P<0.05)).Conclusion:Visual laryngoscope intubation can improve the success rate of intubation for patients under different emergency conditions in emergency surgery.
