TST对比外剥内扎术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ度内痔的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Curative Effect of External Stripping and Internal Ligation Method and TST for Hemorrhoids in Ⅲ~Ⅳ Degrees

目的:探讨选择性庤上黏膜切除术(TST)在Ⅲ~Ⅳ度内痔治疗中的临床价值。方法:搜集2017年9月~2019年2月在本院收治的115例内痔患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,依据已实施的术式分为观察组:60例应用TST技术治疗患者;对照组:55例实施外剥内扎术治疗的患者,对比患者住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量及临床效果。结果:观察组患者住院时间、手术时间及术中出血量等指标均显著低于对照组患者,患者治愈率96.7%(58/60)显著高于对照组患者85.5%(47/55),P<0.05。结论:与传统外剥内扎术相比,TST手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后临床效果显著,是Ⅲ~Ⅳ度内痔的一种有效治疗方式。

Objective:To study the clinical value of selective hemorrhoids mucosal resection(TST)onⅢ~Ⅳin the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods:From September 2017 to February 2019,the medical records of 115 patients with internal hemorrhoids were collected for retrospective analysis in our hospital.According to the operative methods,the patients were divided into observation group:60 patients were treated with TST method,and control group:55 patients were treated with external stripping and internal ligation.The hospital stay time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and clinical effect were compared.Results:In the observation group,the hospital stay time,operation time and intraoperative blood loss were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the cure rate 96.7%(58/60)was higher than the control group 85.5%(47/55),P<0.05.Conclusion:When compares with the traditional external stripping and internal ligation,TST operation time is short,intraoperative blood loss is less,postoperative clinical effect is remarkable.It is an effective treatment for hemorrhoids inⅢ~Ⅳdegree.
