西门子医用直线加速器由于其结构复杂,涉及面广,在长时间高频率使用过程中容易发生各种故障,其中之一为“63 Controller 0”号安全联锁故障。本文介绍了西门子直线加速器工作中出现63号联锁的3例综合性/常见故障,分析故障的发生原因,并提出此类故障的处理方法,总结分析其中的规律,以保障直线加速器的正常运行。

Due to its complex structure and wide scope,Siemens medical linear accelerator is prone to various faults during long time and high frequency use,one of which is the safety interlock fault of"63 Controller 0".This paper introduces three cases of comprehensive/common faults of No.63 interlock in Siemens linear accelerator,analyzes the causes of the faults,puts forward the methods to deal with such faults,summarizes and analyzes the rules,so as to ensure the normal operation of the linear accelerator.
