Li_(2)O-Sb_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5)系统玻璃的结构与性能

摘要 采用熔融冷却法制备了Li_(2)O-Sb_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5)系统玻璃,并研究了该四元系统玻璃的析晶性能和导电性能与结构之间的关系。通过FT-IR分析了玻璃的网络结构,利用XRD测试了热处理后样品的晶相,通过热膨胀曲线和DTA分析了特征温度,利用电阻测量仪测试了不同组分热处理前后样品的电阻,并计算出了样品的体积电导率,确定了样品的T_(K-100),分析了热处理对样品电导率的影响。研究结果表明,当Sb_(2)O_(3)摩尔分数为30%时,该组分玻璃的电阻最大,T_(K-100)为628 K,而且样品的密度较大为3.50 g/cm^(3),300℃时热膨胀系数为10.36×10^(-6)℃^(-1)。热处理后,该组分电导率有所提高,T_(K-100)为623 K,而其余各组电导率均有不同程度的下降。 Li_(2)O-Sb_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5)system glasses were prepared by melt cooling method.The relationship between crystallization,conductivity and structure of the quaternary glasses was investigated.The network structure of the glasses was analyzed by FT-IR,and the crystal phase composition of the heat-treated samples was characterized by XRD.The characteristic temperatures were analyzed by thermal expansion curves and DTA.The resistances of the samples before and after crystallization at different temperatures were measured by a multimeter,and the volumetric conductivity of the samples was calculated.T^(K-100)of the samples was further determined.The effect of crystallization on the conductivity of the samples was studied.The results showed that the resistance value of the glass reached the maximum when the molar fraction of Sb2O3 is 30%,while T^(K-100)and density are 628 K and 3.50 g/cm^(3),respectively.The density of the sample is high.The coefficient of thermal expansion at 300℃is 10.36×10^(-6)℃^(-1).After heat treatment,the conductivity of the sample increased,and the T^(K-100)is 623 K.Besides,the conductivity of the other samples decreased.
