摘要
玄武岩废石粉中含有大量的SiO2和Al2O3,可促进水泥二次水化反应,用玄武岩废石粉取代水泥,通过减少水泥的使用量提高经济效益,减少污染。玄武岩废石粉取代水泥(质量分数为0、10%、20%、30%)制备发泡混凝土并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,玄武岩废石粉取代10%的水泥可以使发泡混凝土的干密度降低25.6%,吸水率降低7.69%,导热系数降低42%,强度提高4%。说明玄武岩废石粉对发泡混凝土的性能有着积极影响。
The waste basalt powder contained a large amount of SiO2 and Al2O3,which could promote the secondary hydration reaction of cement.The waste basalt powder was used to replace cement,which could reduce the amount(0,10%,20%,30%)of cement used to improve economic benefits and reduce pollution.The amount of waste basalt powder to replace cement was to prepare foamed concrete and study its performance.The results showed that replacing 10%cement with waste basalt powder could reduce the dry density of foamed concrete by 25.6%,water absorption by 7.69%,thermal conductivity by 42%,and strength by 4%.It shows that waste basalt powder has a positive impact on the performance of foamed concrete.
