基于IEC 61850标准的远方修改保护定值的风险应对策略及可靠性分析 被引量:8

摘要 对于远方修改保护定值的风险管控措施的防护效果,现有研究缺乏量化评估。为定量评估计及风险应对策略的远方修改保护定值的可靠性,将基于IEC 61850标准的远方修改保护定值过程划分为定值修改录入、下发与确认3个关键环节。对各环节的风险点进行辨识及成因分析,梳理风险点关系,构建远方修改定值失效故障树,评估风险发生的概率。结合多种风险应对策略,通过量化分析采取风险应对策略后未能识别风险发生的概率,为进一步选定远方修改保护定值的应对策略提供理论依据。 Current researches lack quantitative evaluation on protection effects of risk management and control measures for remote setting modification for relay protection.To quantitatively evaluate the reliability of remote setting modification for relay protection with risk countermeasures,this paper divides the remote setting modification process based on IEC 61850 standard into three key links including setting input,sending and confirmation.It identifies the risk point of each link and analyzes the cause.Combing the relationship between risk points,the paper constructs a fault tree for remote setting modification and evaluates the risk probability.Meanwhile,it quantitatively analyzes the probability of failures in identifying risk occurrence after taking different risk countermeasures,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further selecting the risk countermeasures of remote setting modification for relay protection.
