农民工工作价值观对职业流动行为的影响——基于安徽省的实证分析

The Influence of Migrant Workers Work Values on Occupational Mobility Behavior——Based on the Empirical Analysis of Anhui Province

在农民工职业流动频繁的时代背景下,工作价值观和职业流动的概念日益受到重视,但已有研究缺乏对两者关系的深入探讨。文章依据安徽省调研数据,通过构建农民工工作价值观对职业流动行为的影响模型进行实证研究。结果表明,农民工工作价值观对职业流动频率有显著负向影响,对流动层级和平均月薪有显著正向影响。从代际来看,新生代农民工安全与舒适维度与工作份数显著负相关,能力与成长、地位与独立维度与流动层级和平均月薪显著正相关;老一代农民工能力与成长维度与工作份数显著负相关。

In the context of frequent occupational mobility of migrant workers,the concepts of work values and occupational mobility have aroused more and more attention,but the existing researches lack in-depth exploration of the relationship between them.Based on the survey data of Anhui province,this paper conducts an empirical study by constructing a model of the influence of migrant workers'work values on occupational mobility.The results show that the work values of migrant workers have a significant negative impact on the frequency of occupational mobility,and a significant positive impact on the mobility level and average monthly salary.From a generational perspective,the safety and comfort dimensions of the new generation of migrant workers are significantly negatively correlated with the number of jobs,while the ability and growth dimensions,status and independence dimensions are significantly positively correlated with mobility levels and average monthly salary.The ability and growth dimensions of the old generation of migrant workers are significantly negatively correlated with the number of jobs.
