高校竞技赛事失衡现象与对策研究——以安徽省高校竞技游泳联赛为例

Research on the Unbalanced University Competitive Events and Countermeasures——Taking Anhui Province Swimming League as an Example

文章采用文献资料、调查问卷和专家访谈等方法,以2019年安徽省高校竞技游泳联赛为例,对高校竞技赛事失衡现象与对策进行研究。研究认为,安徽省高校游泳竞技赛事存在着人才分布不均衡、总体竞技能力较差、赛事管理水平不高、培训体系滞后、资金投入不足等失衡现象。为有效解决高校竞技赛事失衡问题,释放高校竞技体育的价值效益,提出以下建议:1.加强高校竞技体育管理与制度建设;2.完善运动员及教练员训练培训体系;3.建立三级竞赛体系及打造特色赛事品牌;4.加快科学研究平台的建设助推“体教融合”的应对策略。

Using scientific research methods such as direct observation,literature data,survey questionnaires,and expert interviews,taking the 2019 Anhui Provincial Swimming League as an example,the phenomenon and countermeasures of the imbalance of college sports events are studied.Research shows that there are imbalances in the distribution of talents in college swimming competitions in Anhui Province,poor overall athletic ability,low level of competition management,outdated training system,and insufficient capital investment.In order to effectively solve the problem of the imbalance of college athletic events and release the value and benefit of college athletic sports,proposals are made as follows:1)strengthen the management and system construction of athletic sports in colleges and universities;2)improve the training system for athletes and coaches;3)establish and build a three-level competition system Featured event brands;4)accelerate the construction of scientific research platforms to boost the coping strategies of"integration of sports and education".
