航天诱变环境对七彩椒果实性状影响的研究初探 被引量:1

摘要 以经过返回式科学实验卫星搭载的七彩椒种子为试材,通过露地种植,对16棵成活七彩椒的单株结果数、千粒重、单株产量等基本果实性状和品质等特性进行了系统分析,初步探究了航天诱变环境对七彩椒果实性状的可能影响。结果表明:在七彩椒16个单株中,HTL2结果数最多,达到901个,单株产量1071.37 g,显著高于其他单株;其次是HTL9、HTL15结果数分别为319、228个,单株产量分别为481.96、461.79 g,显著高于其他单株。在千粒重、果肉厚、果实品质上各单株间无显著差异。综合分析表明:HTL2、HTL9、HTL15表现突出,与其他单株有明显差异。 The colorful pepper seeds carried by the recoverable scientific experimental satellite were used as test materials.Through open field planting,fruit number,1000 grain weight,yield per plant and quality characteristics of 16 survived colorful peppers were systematically analyzed.The possible effects of space mutation environment on fruit characters of pepper were studied.The results showed that among the 16 individual plants of pepper,HTL2 had the highest number of fruits,reaching 901,and the yield per plant was 1071.37 g,which was significantly higher than other individual plants.Number of fruits of HTL9 and HTL15 were 319 and 228,respectively,and the yield per plant was 481.96 g and 461.79 g,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of other individual plants.There were no significant differences in 1000 grain weight,pulp thickness and fruit quality among individual plants.The results of comprehensive analysis showed that HTL2,HTL9 and HTL15 were significantly different from other individual plants.
