白腐真菌锰过氧化物酶酶活性测定条件优化 被引量:3

摘要 白腐真菌锰过氧化物酶酶活性的测定方法很多,不同研究方法之间的锰过氧化物酶酶活性没有统一的衡量标准,无法进行有效的比较与分析。本试验选用白腐真菌一色齿毛菌,对锰过氧化物酶酶活性测定条件进行了研究,结果表明锰过氧化物酶酶活性最佳测定条件为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液(pH 3.5)0.1 mol/L,2,6-DMP 10 mmol/L,MnSO_(4)10 mmol/L,H_(2)O_(2)0.01 mol/L。 There are many methods to determine the activity of manganese peroxidase in white-rot fungi.There is no uniform standard for measuring the activity of manganese peroxidase among different studies,so it is impossible to compare and analyze it effectively.Cerrena unicolor was selected to study the conditions for the determination of manganese peroxidase activity.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the determination of manganese peroxidase activity were as follows:0.1 mol/L citric acid sodium citrate buffer solution(pH 3.5),10 mmol/L 2,6-DMP,10 mmol/L MnSO_(4),0.01 mol/L H_(2)O_(2).
