摘要
[目的/意义]为明确图书馆开展数据素养服务的功效和价值,需深入分析其与高校科研产出的关系。[方法/过程]基于2015-2019年“双一流”高校的面板数据,通过构建计量模型对数据素养服务与科研产出间的关系进行实证分析。[结果/结论]研究发现:图书馆提供的数据素养服务对科研产出有重要影响,其中讲座培训与活动竞赛对各类科研产出均有显著的正向影响,但若过于倚重在线教育则会对科研产出造成负向影响;一般而言,数据素养服务对科研产出的作用收效较快,通常在当年或次年就会产生成效;因果检验表明二者间存在着双向因果关系、单向因果关系及相关关系。
[Purpose/significance]It is necessary to analyze the relationship between data literacy services(DLS)and scientific research outputs in order to confirm the utility and valve of library's DLS.[Method/process]Based on a panel data of‘double first-class'universities in China in the period of 2015-2019,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between university library's DLS and scientific research outputs by building a statistical econometric model.[Result/conclusion]The result suggests that,DLS of universities'library have a significant impact on research outputs.Among various types of DLS,both the lectures/training and activities/competitions have significant positive effect on all kinds of scientific research outputs,while too much reliance on online training will have a negative impact on research outputs.In general,DLS have a rather faster effect on research outputs,usually taking effect in current year or the following year.Then this paper tests the causal relationship between DLS and research outputs by taking lectures/training as an example.The results suggest that between DLS and all kinds of scientific research outputs,there are two-way causality,one-way causality and correlational relationship.
