Research on the Influence of Graduate Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the COVID-19 Epidemic Situation

"新冠肺炎"疫情的发生从外部环境和内部心理健康层面都对研究生创新创业的动力产生较大阻碍。一方面既要鼓励研究生创新创业的热情,学校创新创业教育课程的设置应与研究生培养目的紧密结合,真正发挥高校创新创业孵化园的推动作用;另一方面要关注研究生的心理健康状况,尤其是在疫情干扰下个体的意志、心理弹性等心理品质对其创新创业的积极性有着显著影响。

The outbreak of“NCP”has greatly hindered the motivation of innovation and entrepreneurship of graduate students from both external environment and internal mental health.On the one hand,the enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship of graduate students should be encouraged.The setting of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses should be closely combined with the cultivation purposes of graduate students,so as to give full play to the role of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation parks in colleges and universities.On the other hand,it is necessary to pay attention to the mental health status of postgraduates,especially under the disturbance of epidemic situation,the individual’s will,mental resilience and other psychological qualities have a significant impact on their enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship.
