Education not only determines the life state of the educated,but also determines the future of a country and nation,so educators shoulder arduous social responsibilities.Especially in this era of rapid development,we can only grasp the essence of education,keep up with the pace of the times,be brave in self-revolution,and innovate only when we continuously reflect on the problems in education work and analyze the nature of education,and maintain a clear understanding of education work,and then shoulder the responsibility of education work.
