应用型专业建设视域下高校教务管理的困境与解决路径——以中山大学新华学院商务英语专业为例

Difficulties and Solutions of Educational Administration Management in Higher Colleges from the Perspective of Application-oriented Specialty Construction--Take the Business English Major of Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University as an Example

教务管理是高校应用型专业建设的重要保障。目前,高校教务管理仍然存在着应用型专业建设对精细化管理的要求与粗放式的教务管理之间存有差距,应用型专业建设对引领式教务管理的要求与教学研究缺位的现实不相符合,应用型专业建设对协调能力的要求与教务管理人员能力素质的现实存有落差等困境。因此,要推进应用型专业建设,就必须在教务管理中嵌入精细化管理模式,建立教务大数据和提升教务管理者综合素质。

Educational administration is the important guarantee for applied specialty construction at present,the educational administration of higher colleges still applied according to the requirement of construction of fine management and the vulgar to gaps between the educational administration,applied according to the requirement of construction for leading educational administration is not consistent and the absence of teaching and research of the reality,and applied to the requirement of construction for coordination with the reality of educational administration personnel ability quality beings divide,etc.Therefore,we need to promote applied professional construction,must be embedded in the educational administration of fine management mode,build educational big data and raise the overall quality of educational administration management.
