探析高职院校学生职业生涯规划的个性化辅导

On the Individualized Guidance of Vocational College Students’Career Planning

学生群体的择业取向的多元化、个性化,决定了学生的教育也应向多元化及个性化方向进程。职业生涯规划作为学生教育的中心要素,其有目的、有组织地向学生渗透职业生涯规划信息,增强学生综合职业能力。与此同时,个性化辅导思想的提出,也为学生职业生涯规划的实施进一步指明方向,促进学生职业生涯规划模式、方式的更加完善。对此,立足于高职院校学生职业生涯规划的个性化辅导的特性,分析高职院校学生职业生涯规划的个性化辅导的价值性,提出高职院校学生职业生涯规划的个性化辅导的路径。

The diversification and individuation of students’career orientation determines that students’education should also be diversified and individualized.Career planning,as the key point of students’education,infiltrates career planning information into students purposefully and organizationally,so as to enhance students’comprehensive professional ability.The idea of personalized counseling points out the direction for the implementation of students’career planning,and promotes the innovation of students’career planning mode and mode.In this regard,based on the characteristics of personalized guidance of vocational college students’career planning,this paper analyzes the value of personalized guidance of vocational college students’career planning,and puts forward the path of personalized guidance of vocational college students’career planning.
