精准管理视角下应用型本科就业指导教学体系构建分析

近年来我国高等院校不断扩招生源,每年有大量毕业生进入社会工作岗位,应用型本科院校大学生所面临的就业问题,急需有效手段予以解决。需要基于应用型本科院校人才培养的特殊性,引入精准管理的思想理念与思维模式,不断构建科学完善的就业指导教学体系,提高应用型人才培育的质量以及学生就业能力,使其体现出更强的就业竞争力与岗位胜任能力,促进广大毕业生顺利就业。

In recent years,our country’s higher education institutions have continuously expanded their enrollment sources.A large number of graduates enter social jobs every year.The employment problems faced by college students in applied undergraduate colleges urgently need effective means to solve them.Based on the particularity of talent training in applied undergraduate colleges,it is necessary to introduce the ideology and thinking mode of precise management,continuously build a scientific and perfect employment guidance teaching system,and improve the quality of applied talent training and the employability of students,so that it reflects more strong employment competitiveness and job competence will promote the smooth employment of graduates.
