“合”理念下高校辅导员班主任合力育人模式的研究

Research on the Mode of the Integrated Education of College Counselors and Class Advisers under the Concept of“He”

合力育人是新形势下立德树人落地生根的呼唤,辅导员和班主任作为大学生思政教育的一线执行者,建立健全辅导员班主任合力育人机制对于大学生健康成长成才具有重要意义。本文提出了辅导员班主任合力育人的机制,分析了目前面临的困难及原因,探索了辅导员班主任合力育人有效性的措施,双方在管理服务学生中,各司其职又通力合作,充分发挥团队协作效能,起到"1+1>2"效果,形成合力对学生培养保驾护航。

Under new situations and circumstances,the need to make the cultivation of students rooted calls for the integrated education of college counselors and class advisers.It is of great significance for the healthy growth of college students to establish and perfect the joint education mechanism of college counselors and class advisers,considering that they are the front-line executors of ideological and political education for college students.In this paper,the mechanism of the integrated education of college counselors and class advisers is proposed,and current difficulties and causes are analyzed,with effective practices of the integrated education being explored.In the process of managing and serving students,both sides work together with their respective responsibilities and give full play to the teamwork efficiency,which leads to an effect of“1+1>2”,forming a joint force to safeguard the cultivation of students.
