摘要
新时代接班人一定要有坚定的理想信念,培养坚定的理念信念离不开德育工作。坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,校内、校外协同协作,家校、校企深度合作为发展主线,服务医疗发展、促进学生成人成才为培养目标,笔者以常州卫生高等职业技术学校为例,探索构建"三主体+两路径"与"三维度+两依托"五年制医药类高职德育共同体模式,实现多元主体间的协同育人。
The successor of the new era must have firm ideal and faith,and the cultivation of firm ideal and faith cannot be separated from moral education.Guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,we will continue to work in coordination both inside and outside schools,and promote in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises as the main line of development.The training goal is to serve the development of medical care and promote the growth and development of students,the author takes the Changzhou Hygiene Vocational Technical College as an example to explore the construction of“three subjects+two paths”and“three dimensions+two depending”on five-year medical higher vocational moral education community model,so as to realize the cooperative education among multiple subjects.
