疫情期间大学生同一性危机及应对研究——以埃里克森自我同一性理论为视角

The Research of College Students Ego-identity Crisis during the COVID-19 Epidemic——Based on Erikson’s Ego-identity Theory

美国心理学家埃里克森认为青少年期是自我同一性形成和发展的关键时期,建立自我同一性,避免同一性危机是其在这一阶段的主要心理社会任务。新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,给居家学习的大学生身心健康造成了一定的影响。本文通过对同一性理论进行梳理,并对疫情期间大学生的同一性冲突危机情况进行分析,教育和引导大学生正确处理矛盾冲突和完善自我同一性。

Erickson,an American psychologist,believed that adolescence is a critical period for the formation and development of self-identity,and establishing ego-identity and avoiding ego-identity crisis are its main psychosocial tasks in this stage.The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a certain impact on the physical and mental health of college students studying at home.By combing the ego-identity theory and analyzing the ego-identity crisis among college students during the epidemic,this paper aims to educate and guide college students to correctly deal with conflicts and improve their egoidentity.
