摘要
在新的国际经济形势下,很多企业都开拓了国际业务,国际化项目也变得越来越多,这对员工的英语表达能力提出了新的要求。而工作人员英语水平低、无法与客户进行有效沟通已经成为企业海外市场开拓过程当中所面临的一个重要问题。为了解决这一问题,企业对员工英语培训越来越关注,并结合自身的业务需求和员工的英语基础设计出了多样化的英语培训模式。在这个过程中,企业通过各种激励机制提高了员工英语学习的积极性、提高了培训的效果。同时还促进了员工英语运用时间的扩充,最大程度上实现了英语培训成果的延续。
In the new international economic situation,many enterprises have opened up international business,and more and more international projects have been carried out,which puts forward new requirements for employees’English expression ability.However,the staff’s poor English level and inability to communicate effectively with customers have become an important problem in the process of overseas market development.In order to solve this problem,enterprises pay more and more attention to employee English training,and design a variety of English training mode combined with their own business needs and employees’English foundation.In this process,the enterprise has improved the staff’s English learning enthusiasm and the training effect through various incentive mechanisms.At the same time,it also promotes the expansion of staff’s English use time and maximizes the continuation of English training results.
