香港职业教育理念下的高职英语产教融合教学改革及教师发展探索

摘要 本文阐述了高职英语课程引入"产教融合"理念的重要性,分析了当下英语课程教学层面及学生层面的现状,并从加强"双师型"英语教师队伍的建设及提升学生内涵和综合素质入手进行论述,提出高职英语教学应借鉴香港职业教育与企业结合的先进理念,与企业共建人才培养模式,共同打造符合校企利益的课程体系,为学生实训及教师培训提供平台,以更好地培养应用型英语人才,为学生职业发展奠定基础。同时,提出了校企共建"产教融合"的可行途径及对未来发展的期许。 This paper illustrated the importance of introducing the concept of“integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities”and analyzed the current status of English curriculum from teaching and student level.It unrolled demonstration from strengthening the construction of“double-qualified teachers”and enhancing the connotation and comprehensive qualities of students.This paper proposed that the advanced concept of the combination of vocational education and enterprises in Hong Kong should be used for reference in vocational college English teaching to mutually build talent training mode and curriculum system which in line with the interests of both colleges and enterprises.This mode can also provide a training platform for teachers and students,so as to cultivate applied English talents and lay the foundation for the students’professional development.Meanwhile,this paper offered accessible ways for adopting this concept and expectations for future development.
