县镇公立幼儿园食育常见的问题及对策——基于河南省县镇幼儿园的调查

Problems and countermeasures on food education in county and town public kindergarten—Based on the investigation of county and town kindergarten in Henan province

科学的饮食理念和行为习惯是幼年养成的,所以食育是幼儿园健康教育的重要内容.本研究运用文献法、调查法、观察法,了解目前县镇公立幼儿园食育开展的现状,分析存在问题及成因,从加强幼儿园食育工作的政策制定与宣传推广、开展多种形式教育培训、注重课程开发、充分发挥家园共育的作用等几方面提出建议.

Scientific diet idea and behavior habit are formed in childhood,food education is an important part of kindergarten health education.This paper uses the methods of literature,investigation and observation to understand the current situation of food education in county and town public kindergartens,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward suggestions from the following aspects:strengthening the policy formulation and promotion of food education in kindergartens,carrying out various forms of education and training,paying attention to curriculum development,and giving full play to the role of home education.
