教师课程政策执行力意涵探究

摘要 教师作为课程的实践者自然地成为课程政策执行的关键主体。教师所具备的课程政策执行力是推行课程政策实施、保障课程顺利开展的重要因素。解读教师课程政策执行力的内涵,明晰其产生过程与作用范围是巩固教师课程政策执行主体这一关键地位的必要环节。以探寻教师课程政策执行力的影响因素为基点,发现目前教师课程政策执行力存在理解与判断力的偏差、情意与认同感的匮乏、实施与协调力的缺位三方面问题,进而提出着眼政策修订、落实增权赋能、指向理解与判断力、围绕情意与认同感、聚焦实施与协调力的提升策略。 Teachers,as curriculum practitioners,naturally become the key subject of curriculum policy execution.Teachers'executive ability is an important factor in promoting the implementation of curriculum policy and ensuring the smooth development of course.Interpreting the connotation of teachers'curriculum policy executive ability and clarifying its process and scope of action are a necessary link to consolidate the key position of teachers as the subject status of curriculum policy execution.This study is based on exploring the influencing factors of teachers'curriculum policy execution,which discover three problems in current teachers'curriculum policy execution:the deviation of understanding and judgment,the lack of affection and identity,the alienation of implementation and coordination.Then some strategies are proposed,which includes emphasizing on policy revision,implementing empowerment,aiming at understanding and judgment,centering on affection and identity,and focusing on implementation and coordination.
