基于反力滚筒式制动检测台的拖拉机制动性能探究

Research on Tractor Braking PerformanceBased on Anti-force Rolling Brake Testing Platform

运用反力滚筒式制动检测台对重型轮拖进行制动性能试验,并将试验结果与路试时的制动效果进行对比。通过对试验结果和评判标准的分析,指出通用标准的不足,并提出大型轮拖反力滚筒式制动试验结果的建议合格范围,为轮拖制动性能台架试验标准的完善提供参考。

The braking performance test of heavy-duty wheeled tractor is carried out by using anti-force rolling brake testing platform,and the test results are compared with the braking effect during the road test.Through the analysis of the test results and evaluation criteria,the deficiencies of the general standards is pointed out,and the recommended qualified range for anti-force rolling brake testing platform of heavy-duty wheeled tractors is proposed,and a reference is provided for the improvement of the standards of the braking performance bench test of heavy-duty wheeled tractors.
