摘要
拖拉机工作环境恶劣,工作负荷大,对散热系统提出了较高的设计要求。发动机冷却风扇作为主要散热部件之一,同样是整车机舱内外流场的关键。首先基于STAR-CCM+软件中风扇旋转处理的不同仿真模型,对某拖拉机整车风场进行仿真,并与该车风场试验结果进行对比,然后对各风扇旋转处理模型在整车仿真中的应用情况进行了总结。
The working environment of tractor is bad and the working load is heavy,so the design requirement of heat dissipation system are higher.As one of the main cooling components,the engine cooling fan is also the key to the internal and external flow fields in the whole vehicle engine room.Based on the different simulation models of cooling fan rotation processing in STAR-CCM+,the wind field of a complete tractor was simulated and analyzed,and the analysis result was compared with the test result of the tractor wind field.And then the application of each fan rotation processing model in vehicle simulation was summarized.
