摘要
对某型柴油机高温冷却技术进行研究。研究结果表明,采用50%乙二醇含量的水溶液和50 kPa及以上的水箱压力盖,能够满足高温下使用要求;冷却液出水温度105℃下,此型柴油机机油温度和压力,橡胶件材料性能,气缸盖火力面、活塞顶面和一环槽底部最高温度均能满足柴油机工作可靠性要求。
The high temperature cooling technology of a diesel engine is studied.The research results show that using water solution with 50%glycol content and water tank pressure cap with 50 kPa and above can meet the operating requirements at high temperature.The temperature and pressure of the diesel oil,material properties of the rubber parts and the maximum temperature of the fire surface in the cylinder head,the top surface of the piston as well as the bottom of the first ring groove can meet the reliability requirement of the diesel engine at the coolant outlet water temperature of 105℃.
