摘要
通过结合三维数模以及最小转向圆半径R_(ymin)的理论计算公式对某型号轮式拖拉机的转向性能进行了核算,后续通过转向圆测试试验验证了理论计算的准确性。基于现产品,通过优化配重架、前托架以及机罩等部件实现了最小转向圆半径R_(ymin)值的进一步优化,优化效果明显,相关优化措施可对其他机型的改进设计工作起到一定的借鉴指导作用。
This paper calculated the steering performance of a wheeled tractor by combing a 3D mathematical model and the theoretical calculation formula of R_(ymin)(radius of the minimum steering circle),verified the accuracy of the theoretical calculation by the subsequent steering circle test,realized the optimization of R_(ymin) by modifying the structures of counterweight frame,front bracket,engine cover and other parts,then obtained a obvious effect,and which could provide a reference and guidance for the development and design of other models.
