行业高校创新型人才培养的问题与出路——基于英国皇家农业大学的经验

行业高校是行业产业发展的人才基地和动力源头,是实现行业产业现代化和行业产业强国的重要引擎。英国皇家农业大学以发展产业为导向,以培育创新为核心,设置模块课程,建设实践基地,强化产教融合,提供创业帮扶,培养了大批创新型农业高科技人才,为本国农业高速优质发展提供了强大人才支撑。借鉴英国经验,我国高等农业院校应以促进产业发展为使命,在人才培养、科学研究、基地建设和社会服务方面加强与产业深度融合,在产教互动中双赢发展。

Industry university is the talent base and power source of industry development, and is an important engine to realize industry modernization and industry powerful country. With the guidance of industry development and the core of innovation cultivation, the Royal Agricultural University in UK has set up module courses, built practice bases, strengthened the integration of production and education, provided entrepreneurial assistance, cultivated a large number of innovative agricultural high-tech talents, and provided strong talent support for the rapid and high-quality development of domestic agriculture. Learning from British experience, agricultural colleges and universities in China should take promoting industrial development as their mission, strengthen the deep integration with industry in personnel training, scientific research, base construction and social services, and achieve win-win development in the interaction between industry and education.
