Research Progress and Theoretical Framework of Information Avoidance Behavior

[目的/意义]文章梳理国内外信息回避行为研究进展与理论框架,提出现有研究的问题和将来研究的发展方向。[方法/过程]采用文献计量和内容分析法,对信息回避行为研究现状进行全面梳理和综合分析,从年度发文量和热点主题揭示国内外信息回避研究的总体进展,在对信息回避相关概念进行辨析的基础上,提出信息回避行为研究的理论框架。[结果/结论]已有研究重点关注了信息回避行为类型、回避内容和回避原因,但仍处于探索阶段,未来可在理论基础、研究方法与数据、研究对象与情境等方面开展系统而深入的研究。

[Purpose/significance]This paper reviews the research progress and theoretical framework of information avoidance at home and abroad,and puts forward the existing problems and development direction for future research.[Method/process]Through the application of bibliometrics and content analysis,it systematically summarizes and sorts out the existing literature,then reveals the general research progress of information avoidance behavior at home and abroad from the aspects of the numbers of papers per year and hot spots.Moreover,a theoretical framework of information avoidance research is pointed out,based on the reanalysis of the related concepts of information avoidance.[Result/conclusion]It is found that existing studies which still in exploratory phase,focus on different types of information avoidance behavior,content and reasons.Future studies can be carried out in terms of theoretical basis,research methods,study objects and specific situations.
