环境规制、FDI与长江经济带绿色创新效率 被引量:2

摘要 基于超效率SBM-GML模型测度了长江经济带2008—2018年绿色创新效率,并实证研究了不同类型环境规制、外商直接投资(FDI)对绿色创新效率的空间效应。研究表明:长江经济带绿色创新效率值不断提高,但上中下游之间差异较大;FDI显著促进了本地绿色创新效率,但不利于邻近地区绿色发展;三类环境规制对本地绿色创新效率均有正向促进作用,对邻近地区作用效果各不相同。因此,各地区应合理使用环境规制、科学引导FDI流入,不断提高长江经济带绿色创新效率水平。 Based on the super-efficiency SBM-GML model,this paper measured the green innovation efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2008 to 2018,and empirically studied the spatial effects of different types of environmental regulations on the green innovation efficiency.The results show that the overall efficiency of green innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is constantly improving.It significantly promotes the efficiency of green innovation in this region but hinders the green development in neighboring regions.All the three kinds of environmental regulations are conducive to the improvement of local green innovation efficiency,but they have different impacts on the efficiency of green innovation in neighboring areas.Therefore,each region should adopt environmental regulation according to local conditions,reasonably guide FDI inflow,and continuously promote the improvement of green innovation efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
