党的十九大报告明确提出,要以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能,把基层党组织建设成为坚强战斗堡垒。面对新时代党的建设新要求,高校院(系)党组织要提升组织力,努力践行“为党育人、为国育才”的初心使命,全面提升政治引领力;要注重基层组织建设推动基层党建创优提质,全面提升组织覆盖力;要构建“四个机制”、打造“四个平台”,全面提升学院改革发展的思想凝聚力;要坚持统筹好改革发展与稳定,全面提升教育高质量发展的自我推动力。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward that we should focus on improving organizational strength,highlight political functions,and build grassroots Party organizations into a strong fighting fortress.Facing the new requirements of the Party construction in the new era,the Party organizations of colleges and universities should enhance their organizational strength,strive to fulfill the original mission of"cultivating talents for the Party and the country",and comprehensively enhance their political leadership.We should pay attention to the construction of grass-roots organizations and promote the construction of grass-roots Party to create excellence and improve quality,and comprehensively enhance the coverage of organizations;The"4+1"education and training mechanism should be constructed to enhance the ideological cohesion of college reform and development.We need to balance reform,development and stability,and comprehensively strengthen the self-driving force for high-quality education development.
