摘要
调查发现,高职院校通过“三全育人”途径,以服务参与落实立德树人目标的现状不容乐观,而且服务育人的巨大潜在功能并未合理地显现。要改变此种现象,可借鉴“三全育人”实践路径:全员育人,明确服务组织主体地位、职责和参与角色;全程育人,以主体间性和交往理性破解育人孤岛现象;全方位育人,实现从日常道德兴趣到职业道德兴趣转变,形成立德树人的职业道德生活化场域。
The survey found that the current situation of higher vocational colleges through the"three complete education"way and service participation in the implementation of the"moral education"goal is not optimistic,and the huge potential function of service education has not been reasonably revealed.In order to change this phenomenon,we can learn from the practice path of"three complete education":all staff education,to clear the"subject"status,responsibility and"participation"role of service organization;"whole process"education,with inter subjectivity and"communication rationality"to solve the"education island"phenomenon;"allround"education,to realize the transformation from"daily moral interest"to"professional moral interest",and form a harmonious society".
