寝室长是班级基层信息的传达者,是学生第一手资料掌握者,在班级管理中发挥至关重要的作用。通过SPSS23.0进行分析,研究寝室长在人口学变量方面存在的差异,以及不同类型的寝室长在心理学变量之间的差异。通过自我接纳与人际心理特征两方面,进而深入分析高校学生寝室长的心理特征。

The head of the dormitory is the communicator of the grassroots information of the class and the master of the firsthand information of the students.The head of the dormitory plays a vital role in class management,and the quality of the dormitory is uneven.This study is based on the SPSS23.0,discusses the differences in dormitory lengths in terms of demographic variables and the differences in psychological variables among different types of dormitory lengths.Through self-acceptance and interpersonal psychological characteristics,it further analyzes the psychological characteristics of college dormitory head students.
