摘要
文章针对无意识设计中隐性需求挖掘角度的不足,为从多角度有效全面地挖掘用户隐性需求,并将其应用于无意识设计当中去。基于对"无意识设计"概念和"隐性需求"概念的理解,分析无意识设计案例中满足用户隐性需求的角度与方法,总结了无意识设计过程中从动机、无意识行为、环境三个角度获取用户隐性需求的方法。该方法可为无意识设计中用户隐性需求的挖掘提供一种新的思考角度,为后续的设计实践提供理论参考。
This paper aims at the insufficiency of the implicit demand mining Angle in unconscious design,in order to effectively and comprehensively excavate the hidden demand of users from multiple angles,and apply it to the product design.Based on the understanding of the concept of"unconscious design"and"implicit demand",this paper analyzes the angles and methods of meeting users'implicit demand in cases of unconscious design,and summarizes the methods of acquiring users'implicit demand from the perspectives of motivation,unconscious behavior and environment in the process of unconscious design.This method can provide a new thinking Angle for the mining of users'implicit demands in unconscious design and provide theoretical reference for the subsequent design practice.
