北京高职院校学前教育专业设置与结构优化研究

摘要 面对当前学前教育消费增加,幼儿园机构师资紧缺等问题,北京高职院校学前教育专业设置与结构优化应契合首都“文化中心”定位和幼教行业市场需求,向“专业群”扩展升级,聚焦社会培训领域,建立从业人员社会培训体系及评价机制,打造学前教育专业(群)国际品牌,适时将一批优质高职院校升格为本科层次。 Faced with the increasing consumption of preschool education and the shortage of teachers in kindergarten institutions,the setting and structure optimization of preschool education specialty in Beijing higher vocational colleges should be in line with the capital’s"cultural center"orientation and the market demand of preschool education industry.It should expand and upgrade to"specialty group",focus on social training field,establish the social training system and evaluation mechanism for employees,build the international brand of preschool education specialty(group),and timely upgrade a number of high-quality vocational colleges to the undergraduate level.
