摘要 以提升现代学徒制人才培养质量为目标,设计“进阶学习+直通管理”双路径的人才培养模式,与行业企业中的基层管理人才需求开展无缝对接,校、企、生等三方利益相关体实现共赢,有助于推动我国现代学徒制人才培养工作,提升现代学徒制人才培养质量,具有重要的借鉴意义。 Targeted to improve the talents training quality of modern apprenticeship,the talents training mode of doubles paths of“further learning+straight management”is designed to seamlessly docking with the needs of grass-roots management talents in en⁃terprises in the industry and achieving win-win results among the three stakeholders of schools,enterprises and students.It helps to promote the talents training of modern apprenticeship in China and improve the quality of talents training,which has important refer⁃ence significance.
