超声胃镜在胃镜对胃食管腔内形态进行直接观察的同时可以实时进行超声扫描。文章对超声胃镜在食管胃底静脉曲张中应用的进展研究进行综述,阐述超声胃镜在食管胃底静脉曲张诊断中的应用,并对超声胃镜在食管胃底静脉曲张治疗中的超声胃镜引导下硬化剂注射疗法,超声胃镜引导下组织黏合剂注射治疗,超声胃镜引导弹簧圈栓塞治疗,超声胃镜引导下弹簧圈栓塞联合组织黏合剂注射治疗,超声胃镜引导下经颈静脉肝内门体分流术分别进行阐述,旨在促进超声胃镜在食管胃底静脉曲张中的应用进展。

Ultrasound gastroscope can perform real-time ultrasound scanning while directly observing the shape of the gastroesophageal cavity.This article reviews the progress of ultrasound gastroscopy in the application of esophagogastric varices.First,the application of ultrasound gastroscopy in the diagnosis of esophagogastric varicose veins is described,and then the ultrasound gastroscopy is guided by ultrasound gastroscopy in the treatment of esophagogastric varices.Sclerotherapy injection therapy,ultrasound gastroscope guided tissue adhesive injection treatment,ultrasound gastroscope guided coil embolization treatment,ultrasound gastroscope guided coil embolization combined with tissue adhesive injection treatment,ultrasound gastroscope guided transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt The operations were described separately in order to promote the further development of ultrasound gastroscopy in esophagogastric varices.
