分析在原发性肝癌诊断与介入治疗预后评估中联合CT扫描与核磁共振诊断有效性

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Combined CT and MRI in the Diagnosis and Prognosis of Primary Liver Cancer

目的:研究在原发性肝癌诊断与介入治疗预后评估中联合CT扫描与核磁共振诊断有效性。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的120例肝癌患者为临床研究对象,所有患者均自愿接受介入治疗,根据电脑抽签的方式将其随机分为两组,各占60例,观察组患者接受核磁共振检测方式,对照组患者接受CT扫描,分别对比两组患者在疾病诊断与预后评估过程中的诊断效果,继而探究CT诊断与核磁共振诊断的临床差异。结果:观察组患者诊断符合率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的83.33%;介入治疗后,观察组肿瘤病灶查出率为76.67%,显著高于对照组的25.00%,P<0.05。结论:核磁共振在原发性肝癌的诊断与介入治疗预后评估中效果显著,准确率高于CT扫描技术。

Objective:To study the effectiveness of combined CT and MRI in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of primary liver cancer.Methods:120 cases of liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the clinical study objects.All patients voluntarily received interventional treatment.According to the way of computer lottery,they were randomly divided into two groups,each of which accounted for 60 cases.The patients in the observation group received MRI test,while the patients in the control group received CT scan.The diagnostic effects of the two groups of patients in the process of disease diagnosis and prognosis assessment were compared respectively,and then the clinical differences between CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis were explored.Results:The diagnosis coincidence rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group;after the intervention,the detection rate of tumor focus in the observation group was 76.67%,which was significantly higher than 25.00%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:MRI has a significant effect in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer and the prognosis evaluation of interventional therapy,and its accuracy is higher than that of CT scan.
