CT增强扫描对肝血管瘤的诊断意义分析与评估

Analysis and Evaluation of Diagnostic Significance of CT Enhanced Scan for Hepatic Hemangioma

目的:探究分析螺旋CT增强扫描对肝血管瘤的诊断意义。方法:选取2017年9月~2019年9月本院收治的肝脏血管瘤患者50例,经手术病理证实为肝脏血管瘤疾病,术前对50例患者分别采用螺旋CT增强扫描、超声诊断检查,其中将螺旋CT增强扫描的结果作为CT组,将超声诊断检查的结果作为超声组,对比分析诊断结果。结果:根据患者手术病理诊断,CT组扫描后,患者的肝脏血管瘤诊断的检出率显著高于超声组(P<0.05)。结论:在肝血管瘤患者临床中运用螺旋CT增强扫描诊断,临床诊断扫描检出率高,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of enhanced spiral CT in hepatic hemangioma.Methods:A total of 50 patients with hepatic hemangioma admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected,and they were confirmed to be liver hemangioma disease by surgery and pathology.50 patients were treated with enhanced spiral CT scan and ultrasound diagnosis before surgery.Among them,the results of the enhanced spiral CT scan were regarded as the CT group,and the results of the ultrasonic diagnostic examination were regarded as the ultrasound group,and the diagnosis results were compared and analyzed.Results:According to the patient's surgical pathological diagnosis,the detection rate of liver hemangioma in the CT group was significantly higher than that in the ultrasound group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of patients with hepatic hemangioma,spiral CT enhanced scanning has a high detection rate of clinical diagnostic scanning and has a high clinical application value.
