纤维支气管镜吸痰方法对气管插管患者痰液黏稠度的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究纤维支气管镜吸痰在降低气管插管患者痰液黏稠度中的作用。方法:取本院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的气管插管术患者50例为研究对象,对患者进行纤维支气管镜吸痰,进行前后对比,以患者治疗前后痰液黏稠度作为比较对象,记录并得出结论。结果:对本次50例纤维支气管镜吸痰前、吸痰后12h,吸痰后24h,吸痰后48h,吸痰后60h的痰液黏稠度进行比较。结果吸痰后12~48h,患者的痰液黏稠度均较吸痰前有所改善,并且效果逐渐明显,吸痰次数减少。但是当吸痰时间达到60h后,吸痰次数开始增加,痰液黏度也开始增加,可见纤维支气管镜吸痰可有效降低痰液浓度,效果良好,但一般效果可维持48~60h,超过60h后应重新进行插管吸痰。结论:纤维支气管镜吸痰方法可有效降低气管插管患者痰液黏稠度,提高患者治疗效果和预后,间隔时间在48~60h为最佳。 Objective:To study the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscope suction in reducing the viscosity of sputum in patients with tracheal intubation.Methods:50 patients undergoing tracheal intubation in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were subjected to fiberoptic bronchoscopy for sputum suction,before and after comparison,and the sputum viscosity before and after treatment was used as the research object.Compare objects,record and draw conclusions.Results:The sputum viscosity of 50 cases of fiberoptic bronchoscopy before sputum suction,12h after sputum suction,24h after sputum suction,48h after sputum suction,and 60h after sputum suction were compared.Results:12 to 48 hours after sputum suction,the viscosity of the patients’sputum was improved compared with that before sputum suction,and the effect was gradually obvious,and the number of sputum suction decreased.But when the sputum suction time reaches 60h,the number of sputum suctions start to increase,and the viscosity of sputum also starts to increase.It can be seen that fiberoptic bronchoscope suction can effectively reduce the concentration of sputum,and the effect is good,but the general effect can be maintained for 48-60h,after more than 60h Intubation should be repeated for sputum suction.Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy can effectively reduce the viscosity of sputum in patients with tracheal intubation,and improve the treatment effect and prognosis of patients.The best interval is 48 to 60 hours.
