TCT与阴道镜LEEP刀同时用于宫颈癌筛查的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨宫颈液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)与阴道镜、宫颈环形电切除术(LEEP)刀同时用于宫颈癌筛查的应用效果。方法:选择194例阴道异常出血、性交出血、宫颈炎等原因入院诊治或健康体检的已婚女性,先行TCT检查,后行阴道镜下活检,CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ患者均行LEEP刀治疗,离体组织送病理检查。结果:TCT对CIN的诊断符合率为68.2%(75/110),对宫颈癌的诊断符合率为100.0%(10/10)。将阴道镜活检病理与LEEP术后组织病理进行对照,阴道镜活检病理与LEEP术后组织病理的符合率为88.8%。结论:TCT、阴道镜活检是筛查宫颈癌准确可靠的手段,LEEP刀能够全面评估宫颈病变情况,对于有宫颈癌倾向的患者应联合多种方法检测以提高准确率。 Objective:To explore the application effect of cervical liquid-based thin-layer cytology(TCT),colposcopy,and cervix circular electrosurgical resection(LEEP)knife simultaneously in cervical cancer screening.Methods:194 married women who were admitted to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment or physical examination for abnormal vaginal bleeding,sexual intercourse bleeding,cervicitis and other reasons were selected for TCT examination first,followed by colposcopy biopsy.CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢpatients were treated with LEEP knife.The body tissue is sent for pathological examination.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of TCT for CIN was 68.2%(75/110),and the diagnosis coincidence rate for cervical cancer was 100.0%(10/10).The pathology of colposcopy biopsy was compared with histopathology after LEEP.The coincidence rate of pathology of colposcopy biopsy and histopathology after LEEP was 88.8%.Conclusion:TCT and colposcopy biopsy are accurate and reliable methods for cervical cancer screening.The LEEP knife can comprehensively evaluate cervical lesions.For patients with cervical cancer tendency,multiple methods should be combined to improve the accuracy.
