实时动态血糖监测系统与便携式血糖仪在老年2型糖尿病患者无症状低血糖中的应用价值

Application Value of Real-Time Dynamic Blood Glucose Monitoring System and Portable Blood Glucose Meter in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Without Asymptomatic Hypoglycemia

目的:分析实时动态血糖监测系统与便携式血糖仪在老年2型糖尿病患者无症状低血糖中的应用价值。方法:于本院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的老年2型糖尿病患者中,选取64例随机分为观察组和对照组,设计对照实验,对照组以便携式血糖仪进行无症状低血糖检测,观察组以实时动态血糖监测系统进行无症状低血糖检测,对比应用效果。结果:观察组患者低血糖症状检出率100%,未检出者占0。对照组患者低血糖症状检出率50%,未检出者占50%。两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者Fbg(7.2±0.5)mmol/L、2hbg(13.1±1.1)mmol/L。对照组患者Fbg(7.1±0.6)mmol/L、2hbg(13.3±1.0)mmol/L。两组数据对比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年2型糖尿病患者无症状低血糖情况,可借助实时动态血糖监测系统与便携式血糖仪检出,但实时动态血糖监测系统检出次数和检出率较理想。

Objective:To analyze the application value of real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring system and portable blood glucose meter in asymptomatic hypoglycemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:Among the elderly type 2 diabetic patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,64 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and a control experiment was designed.The control group was tested for asymptomatic hypoglycemia with a portable blood glucose meter.The observation group used a real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring system to detect asymptomatic hypoglycemia and compare the application effects.Results:The detection rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 100%,and 0 was not detected.The detection rate of hypoglycemia in the control group was 50%,and 50%were not detected.The two groups of data were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fbg(7.2±0.5)mmol/L and 2hbg(13.1±1.1)mmol/L of patients in the observation group.In the control group,Fbg(7.1±0.6)mmol/L,2hbg(13.3±1.0)mmol/L.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,asymptomatic hypoglycemia,can be detected with the real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring system.
