两种充填技术在根管治疗中的应用效果对比研究

Comparative Study on the Application Effect of Two Filling Techniques in Root Canal Therapy

目的:比较Trifecta热牙胶充填术与冷牙胶充填术在根管治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年10月~2020年7月本院收治的根管治疗患者100例为研究对象。采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用冷牙胶充填术进行治疗,观察组Trifecta热牙胶充填术进行治疗。比较两组手术充填时间、术后疼痛天数、疼痛程度、恰充率及治疗成功率。结果:观察组手术充填时间、术后疼痛天数均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恰充率、成功率均高于对照组(92.00%,78.00%;100.00%,92.00%,P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Trifecta热牙胶充填术与冷牙胶充填术在根管治疗中均具有良好的疗效,相较于冷牙胶充填术,Trifecta热牙胶充填术操作时间及术后疼痛天数更短,疼痛程度更轻,恰充率及治疗成功率更高,疗效更为显著。

Objective:To compare the effect of Trifecta hot gutta percha filling and cold gutta percha filling in root canal therapy.Methods:100 patients with root canal therapy in our hospital from October 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold gutta percha filling,and the observation group was treated with Trifecta hot gutta percha filling.The filling time,postoperative pain days,pain degree,filling rate and treatment success rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The filling time and postoperative pain days in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the just filling rate and success rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(92.00%,78.00%;100.00%,92.00%,P<0.05));the postoperative pain of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Trifecta hot gutta percha filling and cold gutta percha filling have good curative effect in root canal treatment.Compared with cold gutta percha filling,the operation time and postoperative pain days of Trifecta hot gutta percha filling operation are shorter,the pain degree is lighter,the filling rate and treatment success rate are higher,and the curative effect is more significant.
